The smoke flickering stopped when I change the frame to 1.
Yes one of my goals was to make it rain faster and better, since the game looks outstanding there with improvements, post and when its raining, doesnt matter the ToD.
The dynamic shadows from car lights its still a mystery.
Yes, thats needs to be fixed, i uploaded for test all the stuff, even performance.
The blackout is not working good, thats probe lights.

You can but you have to unpack , modify and repack. You cant just edit the dat file.
DAT goes with FAT and you cant edit that way.
I will do that modification for you soon. As well fixing prob lights for blackout.
i always use 1 but the flickering persist
It can be even darker, but i think thats the sweet spot.

I will upload with 2k shadows and normal daytime soon , as well the same with fixed stuff.
And of course with blackout fixed.

Yes one of the more dominating stuff are the prob lights, you touch something and it changes a lot, i think now i finally got to it.
There has to be a separate non-cheat graphics mod. Cheats completely ruin any game.
Yes, it can be but there is something in the engine doing a cap on the physics system, see... i can change the physics system but it doesnt takes almost any setting, and when i force "high" quality for the physics, it goes back to "veryhigh" forcing almost all the original game settings for physics.
There must be something else that also controls the physics part of the game. I was able to bring a little more smoke particles and some others, but thats probably related to the CPURawScore, its the same when the engine caps GPU memory inside, you can take a look at the DAT file and find the GPU caps, there must be a part for the CPU cap.
Im testing the threading system inside the engine, there is a section for it, when it uses more cores/threads , but i think thats the same situation.

Yes, one of the big improvements is as well performance, including more gpu utilization and more FPS than before.
