just got my Leadtek 6600gt

    no idea , i dont even know forceware is , this is a first time i'm using a nvidia card or nvidia drivers.

    are you using the refesh rate overide in the drivers? i was getting really bad performance too. disabled the refresh rate overide and doubled my fps

    yes, yes, i know he was probably exagarrating. but that someone came from a 9600pro to a 6600gt and not notice a big performance increase only backs up everything else i've read about the 6600gt from actual users in real world performance in forums. at least with the agp version of the cards.

    how do i enable or disable refresh rate overdrive and if refreshrate is enable do i keep the fastwrite on or off.

    This is 100% true..........................................if I don't plug the molex connector into the back of my card. :D

    seems to me people with the 6600GT say rocks. or it sucks. no in between ! weird. i'm betting the next revision will improve them .. and some decent drivers might help too ! ;)
