We believe that gravity does not exist, however, we have something like gravity that isn't gravity but it's like gravity, it's just not gravity, it's a bit like gravity but it's not gravity. It's "I Can't Believe it's not Gravity"! I have no idea why we dismiss gravity, I just know that we must reject it as a "theory" because "scientific theories" are just guesses despite the definition of a scientific theory specifically stating that it's not a guess. If you want to know more about our flat Earth reality, you will be required to take a small test to assess your potential. We have a basic grammar test which you must fail, completely. We have a spelling test which you must fail completely, despite spellcheckers. We have a maths test which you must not only fail but simply make stuff up so we can see how creative you can be. If you are in the least bit creative, you will not be accepted. Never understood if a telescope see's Mars and Mars is round, we see the moon and the moon is round, we see all the planets in our solar system that we are aware of, they're all round. But Earth is an exception? Naturally. Because humans like to think they're special. Nothing special about Earth other than it's houses it's own demise.

Yes, derivatives of higher dimensions can get us to "our reality" but the holographic principal has many holes and not accepted by most, if any, cosmologists today. But it is possible, in some universes I suppose. I don't think everyone is guessing about gravity, empirical data drives the theories and other than quantum gravity, gravity is understood to a great degree. Gravity MAY be exclusionary to quantum explanation... hope I see the day to definitively prove this one way or the other. I hope quantum gravity does exist because without it I don't see how we can achieve "apparent" faster than light travel. It'd be sad if we're stuck on Earth in human lifetime time-frames.
That's actually not true. It's has no more holes than any other theories in science. The only difference is a lot of physicists and scientists are too ignorant or afraid to look into it and give it any real merit. The ones that do are blacklisted and poked fun of, but their research shows just as much proof in the Hologram theory as any other and also shows as many unanswered questions as any other theory. The only difference is this theory scares people and makes them realize they aren't the end all be all, so naturally with that, comes resistance. Gravity is a wonder. This guy was trying to have an argument with me about the 'flat Earth' from a show he watched on....wait for it...Sat TV. To be fair, you did claim 'proofs'. Proofs establish something as factual. Proofs are what we don't have. What we have is evidence and observation. From this we construct theories. All theories are not equal. That some theories are not investigated as much as others isn't evidence of a conspiracy.
Where did I claim proof? I've read my posts, I didn't see the words "proof, prove, proved". What I said was the holographic theory is just as feasible as any other theory and just as unfeasible as any other theory. I never said it was THE definitive theory and was complete proof of mankind, gravity, etc. I said it's a theory and a theory that holds as much water as any other theory out there. I never said it was proven or the answer. I said it's a theory and it's being overlooked and ignored. It deserves more attention to either prove or disprove it. Honestly, if I'm missing something I wrote, please show me. I;m not saying this to be a smart alec, I just don't see where I wrote that. If I did, I apologize. I'm not here to say the holographic theory is absolute. I'm here to say it's any theory and one I feel that deserves more time to be looked into rather than laughed at. The main issue with that alternative theory is that one would not be able to reach the moon, or any other planetary body we aimed for using that theory. Gravity has equations to account for it when navigating through space. It helps explain why orbits are the way they are. That theory does not even come close. So as far as holding just as much water, depends on how big the holes in the sieve are and how fast the water is flowing into it.
My post was not critizing you but more of a general statement related to this nonsense. There are many scientific theories we take as facts simply because we can provide repeatable outcomes from experiments but that doesn't mean it's 100% true or we completely understand it. Nobody is saying any theories should be immediately discredited as fake but something that is so easily disproven like the Earth being flat should never be taken seriously.

In layman's terms large objects distort the space-time around them and this distortion can be thought of as gravitational pull. Imagine you suspend a ball on a hanging piece of horizontal cloth. The cloth will warp and create a bowl like shape. Any other object within the bowl will tend to roll to the bottom (=the suspended object thus "attracts" the other object). (The above analogy is a gross generalization and not completely accurate but helps understand the phenomenon. Similar analogy is used at the beginning of the article. Naturally the other object will also cause a warp ie. have its own gravitational pull. The object with more mass will be dominant and thus the observation is quite beautifully in-line with what eg. Newton and Einstein proposed. Once more just applied mechanics ).

It's a little unfair to conflate the quantization of gravity with the flat-Earther's absolute denial of its existence. They believe it's all density and buoyancy, some think it's "electromagnetism" but can't actually define or back that up either. You could say that there is the "law of gravity" and then there's the "theory of gravity". The law is that bodies with mass will attract one another in a predictable and measurable way. The theory would be why. They won't accept either because reasons. Space is a hoax for them, they don't believe space exists. It's all a hoax you see. They - that's the ominous ever-present nameless and faceless "they" - decided to fake space at the Illuminati gathering of 1504 (they think this is a ~500 year old conspiracy) where Bob, the head hoaxer at the Illuminati, proposed they fake something in the next few hundred years because conspiracy.
