I'll start with some observations and what I noticed during my entire journey into the world of customization.

    1) USB. Your port should always work on the same specification as your mouse. (Screen 1)
Your mouse 99% of the time works in usb 1.1 (fullspeed), but your port works in highspeed or superspeed.
To make your port become a USB 1.1 interface port (fullspeed) you need to purchase a PCI-e controller with a USB 2.0 interface, or insert the mouse into the USB 2.0 port of your motherboard and switch the port to fullspeed mode.
The second option is more preferable because it preserves the possibility of using MSI-MODE.
    Unfortunately PCI-e usb 2.0 controllers lack msi-mode.
Problem: When I choose to set-affinity my pci-e 2.0 controller to a separate core, it can still run on 0 core, which is very strange and, according to my feelings, can cause micro-stuttering. (Screen 1.1)

    2) Timer. I still don't understand the people who use /useplatformtick yes.
By trial and error it was found that there is nothing better than the standard bcdedit
    (/deletevalue clock/tick), but disabledynamictick yes == good.
I am also using a 0.5 ms timer resolution through a service kindly provided by one of the members of this forum.
Problem: I get a different timer resolution every time I start the system, and I still can't figure out what it's related to. On my previous z390 system, I was getting either 0.496 or 0.4959. According to subjective feelings, the first option (0.496) behaved better (Screen 2).
On the z690 I get 0.497 and 0.5. I don't understand why and what it affects.
I try to use Legacy RTC above ACPI but not.

    3) Mousetester.
No matter what anyone says, but for me personally, this is the only program that can tell me that something is wrong in my system.
When I was on the z390 I was getting a very smooth graphic. (Screen 3)
But something in the z690 system is broken, or does not work as it should (Screen 4,5)
On screen 6 you can see that it seems to be repeated, over and over again.
I tried it on all possible usb ports of my system, I still can't figure out what it is.
Screenshot 5 is very similar when you turn on useplatformtick yes + 0.5ms timer.

Does anyone have any thoughts on all this?

    4) oh yes, I forgot to write about another problem, sometimes under certain circumstances (de-energizing, disabling/enabling the gpu, CLRTC, installing the video card in msi mode, bind the videocard to a separate core, etc.)
the computer stops restarting and shutting down normally, just a black screen hangs, and the computer continues to work, or just freezes on reboot, and changing the resolution leads to a black screen.

    and on the graphs.

I remember a long time ago these people told me that there were no settings, then these people asked me to configure the system for them, it's funny.

    4. Most video cards are already bound to MSI mode, however, some chipsets may still operate in Legacy (line based) mode.
