Is unstable USB a known issue with x570 boards and is there a fix?

Personally I use UsbTreeView and on my game rig I have 3 AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controllers. Same with my daily driver, 3. On both machines the direct CPU connection is indicated by a double digit PCI bus e.g. PCI bus 14 (gaming rig), or PCI bus 11 (daily driver) and then the other two eXtensible Host Controllers have the same single digit number e.g. PCI bus 7 device 0 function 3 and PCI bus 7 device 0 function 1. I've deducted this reasoning from a block diagram.
