I'm sorry if this has already been done but at least i haven't seen anyone talk about it so. Today i was playing around with my crimson driver and i noticed the eyefinity option in Display's additional settings, so i started playing around with it, I got my second screen recently so i had no idea you can actually merge it and make windows think its one big screen. So i did it and played around few games, but then i thought of something that pretty much blew my mind. I went ahead and activated VSR on both of the screens. Oddly enough it worked, the goddamn resolution became from 3840x1080 to 6400x1800.. i mean holyf**k. So yeah i went straight ahead and tried the resolution in some games, and bloodie hell it works. But if i got my math straight 3840x2160(aka UHD) is 8 million pixels 6400x1800(aka WTF) is 11 million pixels If my r9 290x can downsample a resolution that is bigger with 3 million pixels than 4k... then why the hell are we struggling to get it up to 4k? oh and yeah proof... https://www.sendspace.com/file/esi57d pic was too big to upload into some random pic site. And for the raw of dead pixels.. I'm sorry but afterburner couldn't take a proper picture.. i tried 10 times, every single time there's pixels missing somewhere.
