I wonder if that 3D animation was created by using a workstation powered by Intel Arc. Maybe it's early for that, and it was still sporting Nvidia graphics.

    "Limited Edition"

The only reason to ever make a limited production is when you don't expect to sell that many.
This is going to go down like the Matrox Parhelia.

    All tease, and no release.

Limited edition as in: we can't make enough or we think they won't sell or when they all sell we can say it was a limited run? This doesn't sound good.

Is the "limited edition" maybe Intel's version of "founders"?

Are the usual GPU manufacturers invited to this party at all?

Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI seem to be aboard. Also, I'd expect Dell to make their own OEM cards for their PCs, like they are wont to do. Do Lenovo PCs also have custom Lenovo-assembled graphics cards? I can't remember, but I'd imagine so. AMD and Nvidia actually have a couple of dedicated board partners. It's an interesting question whether Intel can gain such, but I reckon it would take some time, unless Intel itself invests heavily into it for some reason.

EVGA would seem like a natural.

Let's hope the price/performance and performance/power are competitive.
