Did you forced display driver install via Device Manager in W10 Test mode with disabled driver signature enforcement?

What W10 shows in Device Manager under Display adapters section?

Just a heads up, Netflix (app, or in browser) doesn't seem to work with these drivers. I had the issue, and a quick Google search threw up someone else with the same issue.

Anyone want to confirm? I rolled back, on my Surface Pro 4 i7, as a result.

What kind of drivers do you need for i7-4930K? It doesn't have integrated GPU so no need for those, everything CPU related should be handled/installed by OS.

Latest Intel CPU microcode update from June 2015 is max you can install related to that CPU, check download links at:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3064209/june-2015-intel-cpu-microcode-update-for-windows

More about it at this Guru3D thread:

    Hi Crazy_Milojko

I have a problem with my laptop that I am trying to solve.
Could be down to my limited understanding of how the Graphics cards work in my system.

I was hoping that if I updated the drivers for the processor or chipset or something or other it may help.

I have two GPU's in my laptop.

One permanently seems to be disabled in driver software, but in device manager it appears to be working fine.
I'm not detecting any signs that it is functioning as it should be.

I created a support thread request here on the manufacturers forum:
    https://community.amd.com/thread/221891

Please take a look if you can spare the time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Hi Carl!

You're asking for help in wrong forum section, make new thread here:
    https://forums.guru3d.com/forums/videocards-amd-radeon.19/

It'll be good to know exactly what laptop model you're running those 2x Radeon R9 M290X inside.

First thing I would do if I was at your place is to wipe everything Radeon driver related with DDU 17.0.7.8:
    http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
...in Win8.1 Safe Mode, then install latest Win8.1 64 bit Radeon drivers 17.7.1:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows+8.1+-+64
...and see if it would change anything.
