It surely must be at this point. However, if they use such language too much, it will make their struggling 10nm sound highly unoptimised.

MSI continues to expand its dream-weaver series by unveiling a complete product lines specifically for content creators.
Presenting the Prestige 14 & 15, two laptops equipped with both the most powerful 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processor, combined with a screen with True Pixel display. MSI presents the world’s very first laptops equipped with the latest processors.....Prestige series is the world’s first laptops powered by a 10th Gen Intel® 6-core CPU - and delivers at least 50% faster performance than previous editions - for a more fluid creative workflow, specially during multi-threaded processing.

Fast data processing performance is among the top criteria that professional and amateur creators look for in today's market. With the new 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processor, Prestige’s users can now simultaneously open and process multiple computer programs, enabling creators to use 2D or 3D software with ease. We consider the Prestige-series laptops as the most ideal companions for creative individuals like YouTubers, photographers, animators and composers,.

Performance with editing software such as Photoshop is accelerated up to 40% compared to the laptops predecessor. While using Premiere, with the latest powerful NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 16 Series graphics, the Prestige series gives an effortless rendering process. For example, the Prestige 15 can provide with a boost of up to four times faster rendering when finishing 4K video previews.

What worry me is that intel is not even anticipating the desktop news.
They are not leaking infos about what is next for desktop. This is all mobile stuff.
Where is the next 95W+ powerfull cpu? Why is not even a rumor now?

These mobile parts should be pretty dominant until AMD gets APU's out using Zen2/Navi which isn't going to happen until next year. This is pretty much all Intel has left compete on outside of very high frame rate gaming which AMD should also take that crown next year with Zen3 if it has even the smallest IPC and frequency bumps.

They released 10nm and 14nm mobile parts, showing pretty strong here. Intel is going to ramp up 10nm parts clock and core wise by next year and then move to desktop parts with it.

Most likely because there isn't any desktop 10nm processor, or they're too far off. It's possible that Intel's 10nm simply can't scale up to desktop size, so they may go straight to their next node (5nm?), which uses a completely different fabrication process.

Strong? This seems more like they're scraping their innovation barrel for whatever they can use.

They're lucky AMD has nothing yet on mobile, which is a big fumble from the red team. Zen (especially 2) scales down extremely well, and the IPC advantage could make AMD's processors faster than Intel on mobile, while being just as or even more efficient.
