I just bought an ATI Radeon SDR 32mb, but when i installed the card, my monitor was just blank like its turned off. I then pulled it out i put my good old riva tnt2 and my pc was back running again. Is this card defective or maybe there are some compatability issues.
get nvcleaner from the download section of this site. get the drivers for your new card. Install the new card, boot into safe mode and run nvcleaner. install the new drivers. It should work then

I am having the same problem!!!
I've been working on it for a week now, with no success. All I get is a blank screen.
I'll try the nvclean. The post said that it's for NVidia cards. That shouldn't matter, right?
Any help would be appreciated.
