As much as a leather jacket....
I would put money on this being a stupid copy/paste mistake by someone who knows nothing about NVidia GPUs at all.
Until there is.
Yes it is. That's the only way to keep perf crown for 2020, or else it goes ez for AMD. Thank me later for the common knowledge.
Do not try and say that there will be a 2080Ti Super. That's impossible. Instead, only realize the truth... THERE IS NO 2080Ti Super. Then you will see that it is not the 2080Ti Super that exists, it is yourself.
History says otherwise. Until AMD releases a winner of a card I will put my money on Nvidia just competing with itself in the enthusiast segment.
By 2020, most likely Nvidia will advance to 7nm. AMD will have to worry about these, not a 2018 card.
I dont think NVidia will release a 2080 Ti super.
If it was the case , we ll have some leak.
2080 Ti keep perf crown for nexts months easily till Nvidia release Ampere 7 nm , probably mid 2020.
Nvidia will have hard time beating its own card if there is a 2080ti super the same way they did with 1080ti.
They should let it go and focus on Ampere actually offering more performance per buck.
I think Nvidia always has contingencies. Doubt anything will happen without AMD doing something. If AMD pulled a surprise with a high end card before 2020, Nvidia can quickly do a Ti super. If AMD has nothing until well into 2020, then Nvdia will just sit tight until Ampere arrives.
Interesting, I am more interested in the new ampere, next year some time, mise just hold off and wait.
Man, that is so ratchet.
What about a 2080 Ti Super Ti?
Man I wish they would bring back the ultra moniker.
On a more serious note whatever we like the Super naming or not both nVidia and AMD are not even close to Intel when it comes to confusing and stupid naming schemes. The naming scheme of the last CPUs by Intel is something to behold. It probably confuses even people working at Intel ...
Kind of like you walking into a Cadillac dealership and asking what's the price? They would laugh.
I thought that was Titan's job.
that's the Lamborghini dealership
I don't think it'll happen, more of a reserved ace card for nvidia if amd compete.
