Ray Reconstruction ver 3.5.10 seems to rid of the sharpen effect (oil paint look)
3.5.0 vs 3.5.10 (look at the edge of the trash bag)

Hmmm, no V2 in DLSS Swapper yet...

Nah, I've been playing with 3.5.10 for a bit and the faces are still horrible with RR + Path Tracing and a lot of textures look washed out. I really haven't noticed an improvement over 3.5 in that respect at all. It sucks because I want to play with PT + RR but the half of the game is talking to people looking at their faces and they look terrible with PT + RR so I am just running RT + RR instead.

    Have you tried these mods
    https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/10490
    https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/7341
    (and maybe https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/6578)
    ?

To me these improved the faces (and skin overall) with PT+RR.

i use DLDSR+DLSS to minimize the blurry faces with RR and PT on

Since this is the "Info Zone" for many technologies and in an effort to spread more info about some settings, here are the ramblings of a mad man (my recent update post) from the Forza Horizon 5 thread.

Howdy, fellow Guru! I played this game for a bit with a friend upon release but was not pleased with the performance. We gave it a long break and have returned after many patches and 2 expansions. I just went through a few hours of testing all the new fun stuff they added and have a few things to report.

    - General performance is better than launch.
    - Ray Tracing is in, to some extent so we don't have to use a mod any more.
    - More of the events are supporting co-op, the main reason we stopped playing back when

As for the features, this is what I saw with 4090 on a 4k 120Hz OLED.

    - MSAA 8x still lacks coverage on lots of objects, kinda jarring overall
    - FXAA is basically trash, even at 2160p
    - TAA has good coverage, low ghosting, great pixel clarity and resolve, performs like MSAA 4x at 2160p with all manually maxed settings

    - DLSS, both included 3.1.xx and swapped 3.5.10, have bad ghosting, pretty good pixel clarity and resolve, performs well with 0.67x scale/Quality preset
    - FSR 2.2 has less ghosting than DLSS, awful pixel clarity and resolve, performs roughly the same as DLSS. Worst of the 3 upscalers in my case
    - XeSS has ghosting between FSR and DLSS, good pixel clarity and resolve, performs a tiny bit better than the others

Sadly, the 3 upscaling options have too many downsides for me to use them and not be annoyed while playing. I've settled on the included TAA even if it meant I had a few rare drops under ~120Hz with full Ray Tracing enabled. Sooooooooooo......

Out of sheer curiosity I decided to mess around with DLSS FG since I had no clue they added it to this game. I was surprised that I was even able to enable it, as I thought you HAD to disable V-sync to use FG. This game allows me to enable FG while I have V-sync enabled and a frame rate cap enabled, both in game. I can tell it is on and working because GPU usage in identical spots drops by 40%-50% while the frame rate stays at 120.

I figured there would be too many downsides and I'd end up turning it off, but even after using a car with a digital number speedometer+RPM needle (Lexus LFA) to test out how blurry or smeared the MPH/RPM would be, I was shocked at how clear everything remained! Even flying down the highway quickly moving the camera around and switching views, I was not able to pick anything out and go "ah, yeah there is the UI or digital gauge tearing" so I left it on and played an hour or so with a fantastic experience.

A few last interesting notes - FG seems to only work while driving around, not in photo mode or any menus. Not a big deal... just something to keep in mind if you see GPU usage and/or fan noises go up when you'd think the game load would be less than driving around. *EDIT* Latency with FG and Reflex feels great. I can't really tell a difference with it on or off, unlike other games I've used it in.

Hopefully it can help somebody somewhere somehow. Oh, and DLAA had all the same downsides as DLSS just with more pixels. Nearly unusable in motion......which there is a lot of in a driving game.

I don't have FH5, but I did have luck with reducing/fixing DLSS ghosting in some games by using DLSSTweaks to force autoexposure or/and preset C, maybe that will help with FH5 too.

I do mess around with DLSS swapper/tweaker with supported games that don't connect to online servers, so I have not tried it with FH5 yet. We'll see how desperate I get as to whether or not I try it with an online game.

Buddy and I both bought the really expensive version and have lots of hours, so being banned for ".dll tinkering" or whatever crap they'd come up with is not something I'm looking for.

I'm not a fan of how DLSS/DLAA looks in FH5. I very much prefer TAA in that game as it seems to look cleaner overall. I do agree that DLSS FG is very good in FH5, makes motion look and feel super smooth yet still responsive.

What do you think about NVAPI override to force a preset or DLAA? I'm not sure but maybe it's more safe than DLSSTweaks for online games? I make no guarantees.

Not really worth a post though eh? A 3yr old DLC re-release of game almost every PC gamer already owns. And two games with trash panda performance for the visuals that are leaning on upscaling to try and compensate. IE what every PC gamer loathes.

Bah, I'm probably just being overly cynical. Little exposure for some little devs is worth it.

Actually Ranch Simulator is pretty interesting as it's built on UE5 and it has Lumen + TSR (which is quite good upscaler for non-RTX owners)
