Awesome job naming games from AFTER 1990 there;) Really...and The Secret of Monkey Island wouldn't have been out by now in 1990 (as it was an October release), let alone its 1991 sequel

And yeah I'm taking 30 years very literally...reminds me to suggest Prince of Persia for that list.

Hah well anything more than a quick snap risks the plate being suspiciously empty as the dog is now quite a bit bigger and is quite apt at trying to take chances, still more training to be done and can't really risk anything with chocolate after all. :D
(Eh he's good enough at listening at least but if given a chance yeah there's a fondness for just going for it which is still something to work on.)

As for the net situation overall well I don't think it's going be a big issue though if there were restrictions ... people would flip out because the prices have increased 15 - 20% several years in a row citing bandwidth usage increasing and covering the increased demand ... err I mean I would probably just take longer walks and do some reading instead.

    [old man mode]
I do wonder how the current Cell Phone using generation would be impacted though considering even young kids have pay phones err mobile phones err smart phones nowadays and it's even allowed instead of being confiscated if used in e.g school or similar.
Plenty on that subject though, I can only speculate ha ha.

It's all miniaturized these days too not like the cool big phones of the early years.

Well it's no surprise smart cars and self driving is seeing renewed interest at least considering you can even fiddle with the phone when driving...now what could possibly go wrong just sending some quick social status update while checking the road occasionally.

Yes I knew they were made around that time but not more than 30 years (most of them). But I didn't have the patience to dive into wiki and search for every date if it would be before 30 years ago or after. So OK, most of it was released AROUND 1990. You are right, I am wrong, capslock me to death. :p

And it seems I like Lemmings so much I put it up twice. :D

Back in the early 70's we lost power and were trapped for nearly 2 weeks with about 3' of snow. One of the best times we ever had.

I think that would be a healthy experience as most of us have become dependent, but it wouldn't change much unless we got a ban on those disgusting phones.

And what does that supposed to mean?

Don't know what your intentions were but wasn't very nice it seems.

It is true, alot of us has lost connection to earth itself if you know what I mean, pretty sad actually.

    Add Diablo/SimEarth to that list.

Going way back here, even further to my personal favorite, Apple II/e.

They don't make nothing like they used to, if it wasn't for games back then, you will never see games as they are now.

One very original game is Robot Odyssey:

    https://slate.com/technology/2014/0...ardest-computer-game-of-all-time.html#return3

Another very original game, nothing like it:

    Carnage Heart for PS1:

    https://www.chris-yap.com/single-post/2015/07/10/Reflections-on-Carnage-Heart-PS1-Artdink-1997

Owned pretty much every game system known to man, seen it all.

Without the Internet, as in before the Internet? There would be much less global travel so the virus would spread slower and give more time to prepare.

Without the Internet, well, less global travel as booking travels would be harder. Getting information, radio is good.

Cats... I 'reinherited' a cat after almost 8 years that is the sister of the outdoor male I have now. Long story short, the female is too stupid to survive in the country, coyote snack in hours. So I now have an indoor cat that went from ,'who the fuq are you' hiding under the bed to a shamwow on my legs in the shower every morning. BTW, #BarnfindN95. These are from 2013. Shamwow and N95s

If there was no internet now. I think we would be just fine. We would be using our imagination.
