Yes, 380 is that much better. Dont change it. What benchmarks did you checked? Any of the recent ones?

I didnt find a lot of comparison but you can check this one out : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cpbbP8fDs0

To me it seems gtx 770 is older but still a bit faster, and R9 380 is more futureproof and will perform better in some games (probably even more within next 2-3 years). Dont get me wrong, i would like to keep it but i cant find a way to make it work... :(

I checked you computer Specs, maybe i should get a mobo like yours lol

Same socket, same chipset (P55), same GPU...

edit : i wish i could go back in time and get an Asus board. I thought Intel boards would be very solid (and they are in most cases...) Most people are really satisfied. I cannot find any "new" "discontinued"lga1156 boards now

You do realize thats GTX970 in those tests not 770? Difference is night and day between those two.

    My bad, wrong link

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZVmtUW_fak

As you can see its 50/50 here. My guess is they perform almost the same for the current games

edit : If you have a link please share it, cause i cant find any better to compare them

edit 2 : if this can help, i can tell you i played "The division" with the GTX 770 pluged in my computer with no OC, at Ultra and i get average 37 FPS with lowest around 25 and highest around 45. Everything was very stable with no big fps drop. And playing Ultra is not a mandatory option for me so as long as i can run the game medium-high with everything really smooth i'll be happy!
