    Hi RaulCQ,

    Welcome to the forums.

I hate to be a buzzkill, but the power supply listed for your computer will not power the gtx 660. You'll need to go a different route - most likely starting with a power supply upgrade, no matter the videocard update.

With that PSU i wouldn't go higher then a Radeon 7750. You will need to upgrade if you want to use a GTX 660.

Allow me to correct you sir. :)

Because a 500W for 20$ is not the same as one that costs 50.

    Amen brother!

A mate of mine got a top tier Phenom II and a HD7850 but he didn't upgrade his non branded 350W PSU and within 1 hour it started buzzing. He thought it was he HD7850 so he RMA'd it and they sent him a new one. The buzzing continued for another few hours until he started gaming. Loaded up BF3 and within ten minutes the PSU went "BANG" and nearly blew a hole in the wall of his house. It fried the RAM and only the RAM luckily his CPU, GPU, Mobo and HDD's were all fine.

Rule #1 of building ANY PC... NEVER EVER skimp on the PSU.

Yes, the PSU is the heart of the rig, a bad heart will be no good as you know.

What everyone here have said thus far is correct because I have experienced with my old P4 rig random shutdowns due to a very weak so called 450W PSU 6months into that computers life. I had to buy an upgrade which I upgraded it to a 550w Cool Max PSU and no other problems since and that computer is still running great to this day. It is important to have a good PSU at the start rather than have a junky one that is going to cause problems later.
