Well I have figured out the problem with the overclock. Apparently when 3.6 was stable my GTRVREF lane 2 was at +65mv, for some reason my mobo changed it to +70 which threw it all out of whack. Changing it manually to 65 has even allowed me to try 4GHz which is testing right now!
