Hi this is my first time posting on guru3d so I’m sorry if I’ve done anything wrong.
I’m just gonna get straight to business im gonna be buying and AMD based system:

    Processor (CPU) AMD PHENOM™ X4 9850 (2.5GHz) 4 x 512K L2 Cache (Socket AM2+)
Memory (RAM) 4GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR 1066MHz - LIFETIME
Motherboard ASUS M3A32-MVP DELUXE: AM2+, DUAL DDR II, S-ATA II, 2 PCI
Operating System Genuine Windows Vista™ Home Premium + SP1, CD & Licence
Power Supply & Case Cooling 700W Quiet Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan

I just want to know is it possible to get 2 ATI RADEON 4870’s running on this system. I know that there is enough PCI-ex ports an so on and so forth but my main concern is the PSU I just wanted to know is it possible to run 2 4870s on a 700 watt PSU.
    Thanks For You Time

I personally wouldn't put it on that PSU. Did that come with a case? And where's the brand name? Basically, you need to look at the amps on the 12v rail(s). You have four rails, which is normally less than ideal, especially on cheaper PSUs, because the load is not distributed equally.
