Yea, I noticed it start doing this with the 6.25 beta, There's no way to disable it without changing your OS setting and disabling dark mode for every app by default - and on my laptop no matter how I tweak the nvidia gpu desktop brightness contrast gamma settings eta its near impossible for me to read in this dark mode, seriously, this is the only app I've ever seen support dark mode without a setting to overwrite the system setting and manually select if weather dark mode is on or off...
This reads everything in my NUC9i9QNX correctly. That is pretty cool because a lot of tools cannot see the RAM at all on this NUC including Intel's own XTU software.
