Well, weekdays i sleep around 12-2:00 A.M (most of the time around 1 to 1:30 A.M) and wake up at 4:00 A.M (Yeah i know i don't get enough sleep) :bang::bang: Mom used to wake me up for school, but since like 2 years ago, i wake up by my cellphone On weekends i sleep as much as i can Thats usually like 9 hours exactly, if i try to sleep more i feel more tired :banana:
^^ I like to do the sleep as much as you can thing too on the weekends...unfortunately as all can tell I'm awake (it's only 10:29 AM ugh!). Apparently there's an indian food buffet that has my name on it for lunch today so no sleeping in . Oh and today's wake up method was the being yelled at to wake up and put some pants on method...woo...
I have always woke up myself for 40 years. However i now have recently got new job after 8 months. I cant risk being late, so got myself an alarm clock. Have to be up at 5.00am and not home till 6.30 at night.
Alarm with snooze. Sometimes a morning headache/neckache wakes me up, something that started happening alot once i reached 30yrs. In college days it was either the aroma of my roomate's joint or an ice cold beer being thrown at me that woke me up
think the worst wake up is when you get woken up several times for no reason then hit the deep sleep when it comes close to wake up time and you sleep past the alarm....thats the worst imo.

u & me both! 1 never enuff. everyday i like snooze everytime they both go off, until i really feel i need to wake up.
this replaced almost every gadget i had... watch, camera, alarm clock, mp3 player you name it.. except the PC
You are right, im supposed to get at 6-7 in the morning but the thing is i come back late from office at around 11, then have dinner, watch tv, surf, play games,etc so i go eventually go to sleep at around 2ish. I go to office at 11 and work till 11, so i think its decent enough if i wake up at 8. And after all no one is complaining about my schedule.
Ahh I have that same exact sony alarm clock. At first it did its job perfectly but after a few months I started sleeping through the alarm so it just tells me the time now.:bang: But on the other hand my dog always makes his way into my room and jumps on my bed and walks all over me or sits at the edge of the bed and starts howling til I wake up and put food in his bowl -_-'. 6 in the morning everyday like clock work.
