I am trying to use my second card to render games an for physix but nothing works.

Right clicking and using second card won't work.
Change the setting in NVIDIA CP won't work neither.
Choosing second card for physix will not work.

    Any help is appreciated.

Inside was an example, but I Want to open my games and apps using my second card, nothing works for me,

For example, when I had back then Intel and NVIDIA, I could choose what GPU to use for every APP. But with 2 NVIDIA cards only the first card will be used no matter what

    Improved Graphics Settings experience
While this isn’t a new feature all together, we have made significant changes based on customer feedback that will benefit our customers’ Graphics Settings experience. We have made the following improvements:

    • We’ve updated the Graphics Settings to allow users to specify a default high performance GPU.
    • We’ve updated the Graphics Settings to allow users to pick a specific GPU on a per application basis.

Yep, presently applications will select the primary displays gpu as the rendering one, the opengl rendering gpu setting will only work for opengl and vulkan.

I got bored yesterday and I installed Windows 11 on my laptop.

Finally I can use my second GPU independently without SLI. The good thing I now can take advantage of the full 16GB vram for both GPUs.

Power saving and high performance will use always the first GPU, but choosing specific GPU will work.
