    Hi
I heard some people turning off motion blur/trail effect to get higher performance because I don't have good enough performance in games.

BUT I cannot find any option to turn them off in drivers. How can I turn it off?

In game, because this is game specific feature that cannot be controled by drivers itself.

For example, NFS:MOst Wanted has this hidden setting (changing marked value to zero will disable motion blur):

Some games have this in ingame settings, some have it like this, hidden in registry, others have them hidden in INI/CFG files and some don't even have it anywhere. But you WON'T be able to turn off motion blur via drivers.

its called Longhorn, and is actually an XP rendition of the official Vista toolbar without all the fancy 'glass' effects that Vista will have. to the best of my knowledge that theme is rendered by StyleXP or WindowsBlindsXP, both of which are applications made by WinCustomize which manage themes/cursors etc.

Theme is called VistaXP and it was designed by kol from StudioTwentyEight (http://www.studiotwentyeight.com/).
Unfortunatelly Microsoft ordered him to stop developing and distributing it. Weird decision by MS but thats what they did (imo, they should be honored that users actually like Vista theme design so much they want to have it on WinXP too).
Anyway i was lucky enough i had the latest version before he had to remove it.
    Fine piece of artwork, indeed.
