Thanks that seemed to be it. I copied the windy_city files to the desktop and it finally worked this time, apparently the gibbed tools don't like file names with too many characters.

 

Anyone got the e3 demos working?

 

Does anyone want these modified textures [aiden_kit_##.xbt] on the character clothing menu so that they know which model corresponds to which?

if you can communicate with the people from the 2ch forum can you please ask them how they managed to find the binhex values from cutscenes. I can't seem to find those
The one where the police has the box screen QR code on his head is amazing, I wonder where all these values are coming from.

Edit: Found out that the Windows Explorer and disrupt unpacker has problems with extremely long path/filenames and this has resulted in some xml that could not be unpacked and opened.
Resolved the problem by just placing file in D:\ drive and went from there. All binhex from 2ch are there.

 

is it possible to put the spider tank is free roam?
or other digital trip weapon?

 

i haven't figured that out. maybe those people from 2ch can. They managed to get some binhexes that wasn't in the xml files.

Yea... he said the name of each pic is their code.
Imgur changes pic names and the image names are 7 in length.
Binhex are 8 in length.

Also if anyone knows how to change the sky to pure green that would be great.
I need that so that i can crop the image and create a xbt texture for each character/people/skin/model etc.
