There are a ton of tools available that help clone one drive attached to the PC and migrate it bit-per-bit onto another drive, allowing you to move all your programs to a new driver, without reinstallting everything.

I have a laptop that only has a single drive, I need to install a new SSD and migrate all my software to it via clone.

Are there any tools available that can save my entire disk to an external drive, such as USB, and then after installing a new SSD, restore everything without the need to boot into Windows?

Any tools capable to clone or backup-and-restore HDDs can do it with USB ones.
