hello nice guide but i just have one question,
Get 1.5.33573 (Full version) and then 1.5.33556 (Update).

why is the update version dated? i just want to know before i install

does the full version is enough? i just want to know that because the update version number seems to be older than the full version, or am i missing somthing?

why would he fail just because he likes a certain video player? its just his opinion + he has a right to be fan of whatever he likes, it my right too, what it not cool is your comment.

ohh wait we should like the things that you like so we can all be in the cool kids wagon, lol

Hey I just downloaded SVP and PotPlayer. Had some difficulties in setting up but managed to make them work. The videos sure look so much better. I like them. Thanks for sharing :D

Wouldn't pay much attention to DarkTerror, most of his posts are nonsense and the second i saw him claiming that Vsync should only be used on movies and never on games then i knew he was either taking the piss, or didn't have a clue about either things.

Spend a few hours with this earlier, and while i still won't use it for movies, i did get some great results with game trailers, UFC, Euro2012 and tennis videos.

    Your welcome :)

Trolls are everywhere. I ignored it as soon as I saw he didnt provide an alternative or a reason for using that instead. Glad you enjoying it for other content :)

Do you mind if I steal the original post tips to my thread in the other section so it will be there as well?

has anyone tried this with the new beta 304.79 nvidia drivers?

i get a crash with the potplayer + svp when i enable opencl, i need to disable it in order to work.

but the downside its that it would use my processors, hence i need to disable some features. in order to get decent framerates

Works just fine here with OCL enabled and 304.79. I'm using MPC.

Thats the second time I have seen you post the exact same sentence. I guess you really are fully retarded by now, especially since you dont supply any information that would correct anything.

Prophet any idea why potplayer in ceirtan files changes my monitor refresh rate?
It does it mostly with non 1080 clips but every now and then it does it with others as well.
I find this highly annoying seeing as i have a 120hz monitor (mostly the fact that it does not change it back on closing the vid)

Nevermind think i figured it out, sorry bout that.
Go figure its something i cant work out for days on end and the moment i post about it i solve it myself.

    Duh.

Btw your guide is great though, dramaticly enhanced my watching experiences.
People saying the higher fps destroys the feel either did not do it correctly or just post out of sheer ignorance.
