I've had my Samsung S3Neo for over 3 years now and it's still running quite well. I keep it in a case and I don't install too many apps. It still looks like it has just come out of the box (if I wipe the fingerprints off the screen). But then again I have a 27 y.o. TV set :D

Samsung Galaxy A5. It's over 2 yo and it works like new. The key is to be good to your phone and avoid trashing it with way too many unnecessary apps ;)

My phone is only about a year old, but I am using a Nokia 105 classic. The thing is indestructible but I really need to upgrade.

    Sony Xperia Z.
    4 years old.
Lags a lot when showing Flash ads on a mobile web page, and the waterproofing seals around the USB and minijack are worn out.
I miss Bluetooth 4 and perhaps a better camera, but for what I use it, it's fiiiine.

I do combine it with a VERY good Casemate hardcase though
