Im 13, 5'3" and can bench 95 just about.
Id like to believe you but i dont, 387lbs is a lot unless you have a pic of body i dont think so.
btw im 6'1 200lbs just started lifting and i can do approx 100 my goal is 180 by mid/end summer
i ran a mile in 5.23 and my good old eagle can do a 1/4 mile in 12.80 seconds lol
i started three months ago and i do 150lb... 6' and i wieght 150... but ive had a respiratory infection this whole month so its probably less now ... Its possible for him to get that kind of time, though I doubt it. He might have long legs so his stride could be monstrous. Also 3:30 isnt an olympic record for the mile. To get an automatic qualification for the NYC marathon, you need between 2:30-2:45 mile.
What do they feed u over there ?!
I am 1.86cm tall, 86kg and 27y old, most i've lifted when i was working out was 105kg doin 3 reps, if i went back to the gym now i bet i wouldn't be able to lift more than 85 maybe 90...
I've started running lately cause after the army i got a gut :/ but i've never timed my laps, i just RUN FORREST RUNNNNNNNNNNN, i am doing 5 laps of a soccer court every other day or so and i think that's pretty damn good for someone that smokes almost 2 packs of cig's per day.
U do the conversions, i simpy cannot be asked
PS: stay away from cryptonite
im 12 4"7.5" and can bench like maybe 50-60
Are you feeling OK? Did you bump your head? Let's take a 2:40 mile. That's 160 seconds. 160/4 is 40 seconds per lap. Something seem wrong with that to you, considering the WR for one lap is 43 seconds and change?
WR Mile: 3:43.13
WR 400m (1/4 mile): 43.18
So as you can see, apparently we got people on the forums as fast as Michael Johnson (400m record holder) and Hicham El Guerrouj (1 mile record holer).
and btw, the marathon WR is 2:06:05. That works out to 4:46 miles, not 2:40 miles.
I think we have the everythingx2 syndrome going on here.
Hm hm i can c this thread going down faster than swedish sunlight in the middle of winter i tell ya, i say i say
Hmm, my crystal ball says that too. Unfortunately, it has a big crack in it, so sometimes it is wrong.
