Played hockey for twenty years but got too old and beaten up to continue playing. Now all I do is golf in the summer and bitch about the weather in winter. *LOL*
Are we talking about proper football or american footbal here!? I play football (soccer in US), badminton, tennis and rugby (proper american football). Although im currently injured and have been for 3 months after a skiing accident
I've got basketball, football, swimming, a tiny bit of LaX, tennis and volleyball in me. Plus some other things I do solely for the hell of it. :blunt:

Football (Soccer) @ a fairly high level (County player is the furthest I got and will ever get.... so competitive). Squash for recreational purposes. Athletics previously for club/school but now for fun and/or when I feel like it. (100/200/400m.... 10km - quite a range). Hockey and table tennis are others I play for fun, but I get to do a whole range of sports @ school since I take GCSE Sports Studies and my school has good facilities/ideas anyways.
long and mid distance running (400m - 3200m). I like to hit heavy bags and do some lighter weight lifting, strictly for tone and stuff, not to gain bulk. Hmm, what else. Ultimate frisbee is pretty dang fun too!
I run the 200m dash, and 4x200 and 4x100 meter relays. I run the 200m in 24.1 seconds!! : P Preety good for Jr.High
24.1 seconds . . . that doesn't sound too bad. I never ran that thing competitively. the shortest event i ever ran was 400m. Did run some 200's in practice, we'd have stuff like 6 x 200m to work on our speed. Usually ran those in something like 27 sec, so 24 is considerably faster than that. Hmm, what kind of workouts do you do for track in jr. high? I didn't really do much until I got to high school where we had some coaches who actually knew what they were doing. My most favorite workout, 10 x 400m with 1 minute rest between 400's. Also ran 12 x 400m with a lap recovery (essentially full recovery). Absolute worst workout was 4 - 6 x 800m. Oh good gosh . . .
we did a bunch of running.Lol.We did these quick step runs and things our coach called pixy hops?Weird.Anyway, we didnt do any lifting exercises or anything.Just ran alot.
