I've searched everywhere for a hotkey solution to switch between clone and dual-view but can't find anything. The closest thing I found was someone mentioned to make nView profiles for each mode and then set hotkeys for the different profiles. I tried that with no luck. I know Windows 7 has this built in but this is for XP.

I find it quite ridiculous that nVidia would leave a feature like this out of their drivers. AMD makes it much easier to assign hotkeys for something like this.

    Use Windows key + P
Select the display format you want with mouse or keyboard.

I use this when my PC boots on the TV while the TV is being used for telly.
Press Win+P, left arrow 3 times then Enter.
Display switches to my other screen, no other prompts or input necessary.

Ah, just spotted you are on Windows XP.
Its worth trying but the above is the sequence for Win 7.
I struggled too, hopefully Ultramon can help you.

Ultramon has the ability to use hotkeys for this but using the clone mode with ultramon results in horrible lag..

I wish I could help more.
One of the nice things about a newer OS I suppose.

I might just have to shell out 50 bucks for an AMD card.
