Where did you read that? the company that made this is a part of Sony Entertainment, i can't imagine this coming to PC ever.

Horizon Zero Dawn was created by Guerilla a software developer that is owned by Sony. Given that as far as I can remember NONE of their previous titles (which were also PS exclusives) ever made it to any other format I would suspect the chances of this game coming to PC are small to none.

Sorry Zenoth I guess it looks like you're going to have to get a PS4 to play this game. As for the game, yeah really liking it. Love the way the machines behave, love the fact that best laid plans do not go as they should. Prime example, first time I took on a Sawtooth out in the open, hit it's weak spot with a flame arror, it did nothing but p*ss it off. Uh OH. Laid down a shock trip wire tried to bait it only for it to run round the trip wire, Uh OH suddenly became OH F*ck I am dead. Some quick dodge rolls, some more trip wire laying and finally I brought the beast down.

Better yet the story is pretty interesting as well, I am only 5 or so hours in and I am more interested in the story this game has to tell than at any point during FFXVs utter clustermuck of a story.

I've played like 20 hours or so, i'm not even done with the first zone and theres plenty to do besides the main story wich is awesome!

Never did this before, but i'm taking my time exploring this game. :)

Some of the big machines are actually not that hard to beat if you know what to do and what their weak points are.
The T-Rex looking machine can be beaten at low lvl, you can take advantage of that to level up faster and get legendary mods and shards.

I took that Sabertooth down in one go, i just spammed so many flame arrows at his weak spots and constantly hiding behind rocks and repeat.

Trying to take down two sawtooths with little cover is hard work. Also the Stalker is very hard to pin down unless you bait it to run at you.

The PS4 Slim was a couple of days 100 euro off, sold out in an hour lol.

Not sure if this was worldwide.

Chargers should be found in Cauldrons, maybe.

Have any of you been getting the weird issue as well where your dpad up salve contents resets to 0 when picking up a new health boost?

Edit never mind, I see it's adding another "tank" of health boost

When you need a specific mat for a purchase, besides shards, there is an option to create a job for it, right there in the store menu. This way it will lead you to a known location that can drop the map.
The game is visually gorgeous, but I stumbled on a lot of hidden detail beside that. It turns out there is also a text log attached to the vantage points. If you go through enough points it forms a rather well fleshed-out story that really adds to the whole apocalypse theme. At least for me.

Anyone started the questline for the hidden armor yet?

Also, do you need to override a new mount each time you start the game?

I was thinking about getting Killzone : Shadowfall ;) But I already have Destiny so that's probably enough training.

We also had the price cut in Sweden this weekend. 1990SEK (~190€)

Price cut in Europe was to counter the Nintendo Switch launch. It appears to have worked quite well.

    Yep. it OVERLOADS the tank.

But i encounter same issues with SOUND, and sticking invisible places.

SOUNDS are missing. in some battling scenes. and the conversation sounds are either too loud or too low. wait a second hmmm. just came to my mind. need to check my sound system dynamic range and equalization of volumes settings. fool me. maybe the reason is that.

Its quite a challenge when 4 are in the area. There was another I saw 6. The Sawtooths are in nearly every area I've come across.

Yeah, indeed. I thought no chance am I trying it yet. One ran in on me while I was battling that cockerel. I scanned the area before and there were none to be seen. Luckily it didn't battle even though its eyes were red as I was already fighting Scrappers, Watchers and that Cockerel machine. The last I needed was those fast Sawtooths.
