Airbud must be busy with real life. I haven't seen him post in the pub in a while.

 

The thought has been coming across my mind on how I should and if I should make a legacy PC games thread in games discussion. I'm talking about old PC games not available on any DD service and can only get a hardcopy off of Ebay or Amazon used or brand new(sealed). I have a very small collection of 5 legacy games you can't get on any DD service(I'm young, the last hardcopy game I bought was Batman: Arkham City and I have only about 10 hardcopy games altogether). Mostly games I wanted but couldn't get when I was 13-14 years old and just getting back into gaming after a punishment.

I just bought Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War and it should be in the mail tomorrow. I got it used off of Amazon for $15, shipping and tax included. I thought $29.98 on Ebay for a sealed copy was too expensive. Then again, it might of been worth the $30 just to have that time capsule opening feeling and brand new hardcopy opening feeling.

So far I have:

The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
Battlefield 2(I got this one years ago. I had a copy when I was in middle school(2006-07) but lost it in the trash.)
Halo 1(Also had a copy when I was in middle school. I bought this a couple years before MCC for PC was annoucned)
Xmen Origins: Wolverine - Uncaged Edition
Stormrise

I wanted Halo 2 Vista but MCC was announced. I also wanted Gears of War 1 but they released a remastered version though.
