condolences to you and your family
I am verry sorry to hear of your loss especially hearing about the sudden way he past away. I lost my father this year to cancer so I certainly know how you feel.....you and your family have my thoughts.
Sorry to hear that mate. What happened? It helps to talk.
Sorry for your loss Pill
Yeah the irony was that he'd had prostrate cancer for the last ten years, and basically manage to beat it, then died because of a hospital botch up....
my deepest condolences, i'd like to think your father just like my father (who died a few years ago) are in a better place now.
remember death is part of life, separation can be hard and life probably won't be the same again, but you're here, you should go on and live the best way you can.
you're father did his time on earth, now it's up to you to carry on.
I'm very sorry to hear that - my condolences man.

I'm sorry to hear that pill,my condolances to you and your family.
Like you and others here i have lost my dad the past yr,to similar circumstances very unexpected.
10 years ago the grandfather of my then neighbour died like 10 seconds after blowing out the candles for his 74th birthday, sudden death.
it was a day i will never forget, infact stuff like this really get me thinking, how to turn a joyous event into a tragedy, life is so random, randomness is important because it provides a challenge and it makes all things new, humans need the randomness, it's a necessary evil, but sometimes this randomness can really catch you by surprise and hit you hard with something totally unexpected, the death of a parent at the most inopportune time.
you spend your life trying to get things right, putting order, fixing things thinking it'll all work out only to have it all taken and thrown to the wind, all you're left with is heartache pain and suffering.
i really feel for you and your family and what you're going through and wish you all the best, i've been there, the pain can be so weird you can't even get yourself to cry and all seem like a bad joke, a dream or a hallucination.
stay close to your family as much as you can and support them, they will need you.
Gosh dude. I understand what you might be going through. I too lost my dad. He passed in 2007 a week before Christmas. My birthday is Dec 25. But just know man, that your dad is with you and always be. A part of him lives on in you. Hang in there brother.
