I am Pretty much 100% noob when it come to OC GPU, today i decide to OC my 8800 GTS. I downloaded the riva tuner 2.05 and play around with it a little bit. and then close it, go online to find a guide to OC my 8800 GTS. After I found a guide and following the instruction, i stuck when i tried to enable drive-level hardware overclocking. here the pic

This is a problem if you are using the latest nvidia beta driver.

Hopefully RT will be adjusted soon. Otherwise, you can try earlier drivers. I rolled back to 163.75 w/Vista 64bit since I like using RT more than I care about the new Crysis demo [which ran great by the way.]

The new RivaTuner 2.06 has this problem fixed, but it's not out yet.
The estimated release date is somewhere near G92 release date if I'm not mistaken :)
