Help picking a survival game

DayZ is probably the most popular.

 

Best ones I know:

Amnesia The Dark Descent
Half Life 1 mod: Cry of Fear

 

Rambo: The Video Game, best survival game EVAR!(?) Cause you kinda need to survive in the process of walkthrough this game in real life ... by the reason of it's awfulness. Many die in process in real life (due to brain damage) in an attempt to walkthrough it...Ze'Ultimate Survival game!(?)

I'd stay away from early access. If you only have so much to spend, you'll regret your purchase sooner or later. There are some great ideas there, but these games aren't in early access for no reason. They're unfinished, unpolished, buggy products.
