Hi mates. I currently have this monitor https://www.amazon.com/-/es/COMPAQ-s1922-18-5-inch-Diagonal-Monitor/dp/B003FMUL5E 19' LCD 1366x768 resolution. Im looking to buy another one. This is another one that seems appealing https://www.lg.com/za/monitors/lg-L177WSB-PF-lcd-monitor LED 1440x900 but 17'. Its worth it for resolution and display quality?
You thought about buying a larger monitor like 27" with a fast response and high refresh rate, adaptive sync considering you have rx580 and all...?
I'd find it really difficult to recommend a sub-FullHD screen in 2020. Even in my astronomically expensive home country you can buy some 21" FullHD screens for well under 100 euros. But of course if your old monitor is kaput and nothing else is available, it's a tough situation. Still, if possible at all, look for FullHD at minimum. It's like the practical bottomline these days.
You should be able to easily find a 22" 1080p for $100 USD or less new. Have you tried looking around locally for something used?
Yes im looking used around here, not many 1080p monitors. But all of you are right, i better keep saving and buy something worth it. Last night i use VSR 1440p on The Witcher 3 and omg, what a diference..
I had 700$ 27” Asus mg279q and 25” Dell 450$ u2515h now I have 200$ 32” AOC q3279vwfd8 and it’s better than both of them. It’s a ips, freesync 1440p monitor. If you can find one get it and enjoy it.
