Eh, a word can have a definition, but it can have a different socially accepted meaning. A couple of derogatory/homophibic words come to mind, but I never say them, so I won't.

no were all nerds here..someone gotta start a thread bout this..=P anyway, nerd aint that derogatory if you think about it..im a closet nerd, meaning i go out and party,chill out with my friends afeterwork and do stuff..but when i get home i wear my nerd cloak and do stuff with my PC..lols not one of my friends should know am into PC stuff..or else theyll know why i sometimes cancel on them whenever we plan on going ot on saturday eveninss..lols
