I have a Netflix subscription, a D-link dir-165 wireless router connected to a (Comcast modem?), and I'm planning on buying a Edimax ew-7811un wireless usb adapter. would this be sufficient for streaming netflix on to my Samsung 40in flat-screen TV?

here is a link to the usb adapter (dongle) http://www.walmart.com/ip/Edimax-EW-7811Un-150Mbps-Wireless-11n-Nano-Size-USB-Adapter/17419471

would that work or should i just get this? a Netgear Universal Wi-Fi Internet Adapter http://www.walmart.com/ip/Universal-Wi-Fi-Internet-Adapter/14550215

or should i go with a Roku?

Unless Samsung has preloaded drivers for 3rd party wireless adapters (which is unlikely), that Edimax adapter won't work.

The Netgear Universal Wi-Fi Internet Adapter or a Roku would be the best options. I'd go for the Netgear if your TV has all the features you want/need.

Which model Samsung do you have? How were you planning on streaming Netflix on the TV without Roku on the Netgear Adapter?
