This is just a small fix for a legacy card, for anyone that still runs them on a secondary machine. On the graph and in the UI the memory clock displayed is double than it should. There's no problem in the memory clock slider (or applying adjustments), which correctly shows 975 as default. 4.4.0 under W10 x64 with latest AMD legacy driver for this 900/975 card shows 900/1950, or 239/1950 on idle (strangely, other monitor tools show 240 as in its bios idle value). It's easily solvable on user side by applying "x/2 "in the Correction Formula input field for Memory Clock on settings\monitoring tab. Might affect all other HD2000-HD4000 cards using the same legacy driver under W10. PS: Not really a bug report, as this is an 8 year old card with support long gone.
