In my conversations with NVidia tech support a few years back, I was told that HBAO (Quality) and HBAO+ (High Quality) was merged and made no difference. I haven't actually seen any comparison images that demonstrated a difference between Quality and High Quality setting.

I used to think Performance was SSAO, Quality was HBAO and High Quality was HBAO+. But according to a few posts from @MrBonk and some other people I've seen here and there it's all HBAO+, just with different levels of precision.

Definitely is still all HBAO+. Performance is at the very least can display a huge visual difference. Since it was mentioned above as well, in Dead Space 1 not only does Performance mode look better (Less overshading/cloudiness) it actually does perform much better.
In CoD 4, performance mode does also perform much better and has less harsh shading but has some visible aliasing artifacts on some surfaces. It varies game to game.

Quality vs HQ? I can't recall if those really make much a difference or not. Usually it's Performance mode that has the most visible changes.

@MrBonk Please check the post about Batman: Arkham City where I've tagged you, in the previous page. You haven't fixed the link in the spreadsheet yet

Hello I tried the League of Legends flag and it seems to work until I use an ability, where it flickers off for a moment but comes back on. Does anyone know another flag to use or potential fix for this? I can upload a video demonstrating it

    Left 4 Dead (0x00000014):

The Left 4 Dead 2 flag works just as well in Left 4 Dead, just leaving this here as a reference post since it seems that no one has explicitly mentioned it and it's not in the spreadsheet either.

    Team Fortress 2 (0x00000009):

No reference post or spreadsheet mention for this game (of all games) either? Here it is then.

Performance mode is necessary otherwise you get vertical black lines in walls:

Quality mode (issue is right in the middle of the image)

    Performance mode (no issue)

The effect turns on and off when approaching geometrical corners underwater in the default map (gm_construct) depending on the distance and angle but I couldn't make it happen otherwise, seemed pretty stable in a different map as well and I couldn't spot any bleeding.
