No but you agreed with someone else's post who was basically telling people to do that.
any one useing the new drivers then finding them quite nice
I see my decision to avoid Crossfire since all the problems I had with my 4870x2 paid off.
gained around 10-20 fps in world of warcraft with the new press driver. maybe they took my bug report into consideration (doubt it). there has been a issue with wows view distance for the r7-r9 cards causing massive fps loss the past few drivers (since 14.9 i think)
I think it's funny here that some people seem to think 3 months is not a long time for an update (when games are released all the time)...
So we were waiting 3 months for a beta driver. Can't wait to see how much time it will take them for an official WHQL one lol.Anyway.I'l just swallow all this and will make a bit more patience, since they pointed out that it will surpass the Omega ones.
Lol this is not gonna be omega phase 2 so don't expect anything.
It's just a beta with crossfire profiles and freesync.
its a effing joke thats what this is, and there updates and posts when they do them are so cryptic.... that its virtually impossible to know when there going to 100000% release them......
We should all get Anonymous hacker group to DDOS them out of existence.
i know bit much right, not.
You think you are waiting long now?
see how it takes them if you DDOS their servers...
Stay tuned... i was tuned all day yesterday. Offcourse they (and we) want it to be the highest quality possible.
This tweet should have been yesterday morning.
im pretty sure they tried their hardest to get it out yesterday which is why they waited so long.
I ran two of those for years and didn't have any problems.
I never said i was expecting Omega Phase 2.
The only game I have a problem with is FC4, but that now should be sorted with the upcoming driver.
If you play AC Unity use BF4.exe cf profile, solves all your problems. Smooth as hell with that.
I don't know where else crossfire wouldn't work? Gimme some examples guys.
Project Cars, Assetto Corsa, Need For Speed Shift( use shift 2 profile still causes horrible flickering), Next Car Game, But this could have changed in the last 3 months. I havent had crossfire since early december.
Honestly, crossfire worked nearly 99% of the time for nearly every game I used, and that was a ton of games.
let me just quote myself from yesterday here ;d
Dying Light works with afr profile but still not perfect, needs a proper profile.
Hmm kk, and that is to be released/fixed too with the upcoming driver.
I'm never going back to Nvidia on principle alone, their shady anti consumer tactics are typical of a large financial corporation.
I'll always be with AMD no matter how much they piss us off, at least they don't blatantly act greedy out in the open without a care in the world like Nvidia tends to do quite often. AMD has been acting in the best interest of the consumer for a while now, and maybe that's because they have no choice but to be the nice guy, but I'm actually hoping AMD goes bankrupt and I'm getting the sense that things are falling apart, it seems like they're barely holding on.
I actually think them going bankrupt might work out really well, because another bigger company could come in purchase them and invest some real money finally getting them going, because I truly do believe they have the capacity to be really competitive, but just not the cash flow to do so. The moves they've been making feels like they're really low on cash flow and it's been showing for a while now.
Of course I could be dead wrong what do I know... it's just an opinion
