Dark Matter is theorised to be made up of elements similar to what we already know but out of phase sort of, such that it doesn't react with normal matter apart from having a gravitational effect, or the opposite as the case may be where it repels as opposed to attracts. Dark matter is used to explain the acceleration of expansion in the known Universe by assuming these properties. This is how I understand it, but that wiki page is a lot of reading for 12am on a Thursday. I'm just repeating information I heard from a BBC Horizon documentary, I'm no particle physicist.
Have you guys seen Angels and Demons ..... POS IMHO. Where i think they discovered the "God" particle. (?I think?). Is that possible.?
