You can make it run 600FSB , Use a Foam Cofee cup , cut it by the middle and wrap that around the N.Bridge Heatsing with some Duck Tape , drop some chunks of Dice in there to cool your N. bridge and trust me it helps a lot bro , If that does not help I will lend you my All Cooper North Bridge Pot
For a While , Subsero its the trick to very High FSB.
Hey man, I've been tryin' to get my Q9300 stable @ 3.6, basically with the same FSB.
I can get it to boot no prob, but stability's a challenge (cooling is not). Could you hook me up with all of your voltages, including GTLRef's? Mine's a revision M1 as well, so I might be able to match it up. :-D

Here is my cheep 2180.
I used prime to check the stability
475 Mhz with 4 x 2 GB G.Skill 800 PQ, 5-5-5-15 and 2.06v, Performance Level 12.
Flashed to the Rampage BIOS 0410 picked up another 13Mhz over my last post.
japamd; nice, my best with a quad was 465 using RF0403 and P5E0903
