I don't think so. It's probably just an overclocked GTX970 that's been named incorrectly. Wouldn't make much sense to release a Ti version at this late stage, especially as you can overclock the standard 970 to near 980 performance anyway. It would make allot of sense to release a 960 Ti though and fill the yawning gap in price and performance there. A true replacement for the GTX 760.
