    Exactly....

This said we are in end of July, AMD should have something around October November, new Nvidia series should come between end of Q1 2014 and Q2 2014...

I dont see yet one games where the 670 could really perform badly... ( specially if you are not running a 2560x1600 monitor ).

Even for the Inno3D GeForce GTX 770 iChill HerculeZ X3 Ultra? About 10% slower than a 780, but between them an almost 50% price difference in HK (where I'm at).

My ASUS GTX670-DC2-2GD5, pretty much a baseline model of the 670.

If I got a 29", 21:9 monitor I'd straight up for the 780, but mine is just a 27" 16:9 IPS monitor...I'm certain when I'm rich enough for the 29", a top-of-the-line card at that time will be within my consideration and budget...currently, I just find it shakey to justify for a 780, when 770 3GB delivers that cadre of performance.

Or...for now everytime the Nvidia Experience "optimized" my Tomb Raider, I just have to remember to turn the TressFix back on everytime I play it? I still get an average of 40fps on benchmark...

So...perhaps the better virtue is to wait till GTX 770 4GB versions enters the market? Because over the last 24 hours my family decided to for a vacation in Japan and holiday expense will cut into my short-term budget (as in a 2-month span), thus I need to reshuffle my "want-list". Think for now I might get the Silverstone TD03 heatsink.

No, wait for AMD & NVIDIA to release their next GPU's.

It doesn't sound like your GTX 670 is struggling that much if you're considering such a small upgrade and since you're on a tight budget you may as well save up for something better.

Hmmm, good idea/excuse for this year's Christmas gift idea, I presume?

I'll get my Silverstone TD03 to celebrate my birthday.

Thank you guys for all the second opinions.

Pretty stable meaning I only played 2 hours on it and have not ran benchmarks yet, so I'm only half sure I'd say til I can run the proper tests thoroughly. Have been busy as of late so been slacking on game time with my new 770.
