GTX 660 issue with idle usage and P8 P-state

Two week ago i bought GTX660 and after that my problem started every 12-24h PC would just restart (No bsod at all just kernel power error) while being on idle doing nothing or just web surfing or even while the monitors were in standby...

few days ago i found the restarts only happen when both monitors are connected at GTX660 (Samsung LCD over HDMI and Viewsonic VA2216w over DVI to analog adapter)
I unplaged the analog monitor and no more restarts??
Also under load GPU is working fine tested with banch of games/demos also GPU temps are gr8 idle ~30C and load max 60C)

    So:
    1. hw problem with bios or card
    2. driver problem with low gpu clock and voltage
    3. ???
    4. Kepler problematic ramdac with analog monitors

Also i noticed the GTX660 has the same clock and voltage at idle with one or two monitor used

    Atm it is idling at:
    GPU 324Mhz at 0.887v
    Memory 162Mhz

    I have MSI GTX660 OC gpu 1033/1502 bios: 80.06.10.00.15
    Windows 7 x64
    306.23 driver

I would like to know if anyone with 2/3 monitor setup with GTX660 can report desktop idle frequency/voltage?

Ok looks like its not analog monitor problem, i just played same PS2 game over PCSX2 the GPU was at idle ~20-25% usage ~380Mhz with 0.88v (by GPU-z) and bang restart :(

There is some flow with kepler dynamic voltage/bios i duno :(

Need kepler bios editor asap to tweak idle voltage :(

I think GTX660 is unstable at P8 P-state while the GPU is at 324Mhz and just 0.887v atm i am forcing P5 state which have 0.91v and same GPU clock

I am using Nvidia Inspector to force P5 state will report if i fix the problem
