First of all, I wan to let you know that this guy, with almost the same specs as mine runs GTA5 at more that 50FPS.

The problem with me is I get really low FPS. Really low. The Bank Heist Mission was great, and I did not get stutters but a clean 50+ FPS.
During the mission where we have to "boost" some cars, I get 5-10 FPS.
I tried turning everything down but still........ it does not work. I also tried the -scOfflineOnly command, which forces the game offline.

    Does anyone have any solutions?

Drivers- 359.00, I also tried the GTA V GameReady Driver.
    Specs- By the side.

    Thanks, in advance. :)

Do you monitor CPU/GPU usage, clocks, temps, Vram while gaming? It would be helpful to see what happens when fps drops to 5-10 then we can know more.

GPU usage is pretty much 99% in GPU-Z. And no, the game is vanilla. Temps reach around 67-70C. Clocks - Core - 1480 MHz. Mem - 3980Mhz (Stable). CPU usage fluctuates around 30%. VRAM changes with setting and the lag persists even if I dial down everything, from Res to Textures.

Tried without OC. Still doesn't work. All Patches are installed. What's wrong?
    Rockstar Support's crap.

last i heard this game still suffer memory leak, after a while it will use all your system ram, so you have to restart the game. Try closing off all other softwares before you play
