I had that box. I just turned off AA and softest shadows (went back to default) and it went. Weird thing is next day I turned on softest shadow again (not AA) and it did not appear.

Great performance on my system with a mix of very high/max settings.

No crashes thus far. My only gripe is the "broken" AO. It does not engage all the time.

I can't believe it, the game is unplayable, it keeps crashing...

This didn't happen at launch at all, it happened 3 days ago.

I also get some weird squares covering the screen and then GTAV crashes with an error.

According to the NV optimization guide, AO isn't working AT ALL yet.

This might be the best game I ever played. I play it on my 65" 4k tv @ 4096x2160 maxed out, no AA, doesn't need it. Out of all the games I've played, GTA V has the most dramatic increase visually at 4k. Even when I play it using Nvidia Surround @ 5760x1080 maxed out, I don't get nearly the clarity and crispness than on my 4k tv. This game is awe inspiring.

am at 61h played right now, 59% story mod, i had 0 crash so far

Nvidia PCSS is pretty yolo when it blur the shadow at certain distances, like it make shadow of an object completely blurred and barely recognizable from 3-4 meters away, wich is totally wrong

Like all Nvidia features, it broken and pointless and poorly implemented. Stick with softest preset.

Is there a version of reshade that doesnt cause such a massive perf hit. Im having to drop resolution down to 1600x900 with 2xaa just to get zero stutter when reshade is enabled with nothing but sharpening.

Theres like a 5-10~fps hit with this thing. Sweetfx never cut fps so much.

NVIDIA PCSS bugged, game has memory leak i hope it will be patched.

Outside of all the GTA, i enjoy GTA V the most, since GTA2 that the only one that i love, the other were too boring.

It's kind of what it's supposed to be. Shadows get blurrier the further they are away from the object casting them.

I think they look very good but and surprisingly they don't hit my framerate as hard as I think they would.

Reflections are not affected by Extended distance Scaling. they seem to be on an entirely different lod.
