Anyone wants to play together?
looks good so far finally got the benchmark running
lowest was 35 fps everything maxed out except AA 2 x and those shadows 2 x
looks sweet @ 3440 x 1440
Pfff the game is a mess to benchmark.
The internal benchmark doesn't show any results on this end or want to exit at the end of the run (yes finished the prologue).
And the save-game starts at a different point each and every time. So we can't make a reliable frametime recording either.
lol yeah it's a mess.
Im well aware i need to upgrade. So because i don't have decent RAM atm its time to sell up the pc and just move over to a console.
Shut up man.
I was just curious. My current mobo one of the RAM slots doesn't work, so im stuck at 4gb. I have 2x4gb and i another mobo waiting ready to be installed. So its not money, its time.
Do i hang off til Sunday when i have time to install it and then install game, or install it now anyway with the 4gb just to see what its like for a few days?
Dont bother replying thanks, that wasn't literally a question to you.
I too was surprised that the in-game benchmark didn't have results sheet with min max avg FPS at the end. Maybe they will patch that in at some point, don't think it would be too big of a deal.
I also noticed that my FPS drops in the mid 40s to low 50s when in the outskirts, which is weird because the places there are pretty much desolate. In the city I have 60 FPS vsynced all the time even with 4x MSAA and advanced graphics sliders maxed as well... weird.
Doing a full clean with DDU and a fresh install of 350.12 drivers worked out. At least it seems to be working. Managed to get past the first Fraklin mission. I'll do more playing later and see if it's actually fixed.
Surprised with how well this game runs
Ah brilliant! have fun mate.
Edit: DDU, that the one i was trying to think of. Must download it.
That can't be running off an SSD. The texture pop in of the LOD is just dreadful.
Nice GFX from the Titan though.
all max VSYNC on and NVIDIA techs and advanced options r on and max too. and runs just fine.
but game is still boring. first let me finish other games .
I say hold off. Rather get it right first time than be annoyed with lack of hardware... but if its no hassle, then why not.
Oh, and if you haven't seen it yet, here is the tutorial for creating a video:
