It's in the game itself. Think on the Graphics setting screen at the bottom of the list.

You might want to add 2GB of RAM before though. 2GB seems to be on the low side for good performance.

I'm guessing Eleve means High/Low and Tres Eleve means very High/Low.
Unless of course it means student, or its just a typo when you tried to type Eleven?

Not sure what this benchmark really says. I compared my normal settings to same settings/higher res and max settings/same res. All were fairly similar, no dramatic changes. I get like 56/57 FPS if I lower the detail distance to like 50 from 100.

When I tried to max out settings and run @1920x1200, the benchmark just sits there loading forever. After 5 minutes, I Alt-Tabbed and killed GTA, which strangely enough seemed to still be functioning normal (no Not Responding message), maybe the benchmark would have loaded after many more minutes...? I wasn't really that interested in the results to find out. lol

[edit] After 30 minutes full of outdoor, cop chasing action, FRAPS bench shows 31 minimum, 46 avg FPS during gameplay. The GTA bench at these settings (same as my "normal" but 33 view/33 detail dist) gives 58 FPS. FWIW...

    All on 180.84 driver.

What had been my normal settings:

    Average FPS: 47.89
    Duration: 37.10 sec
    CPU Usage: 75%
    System memory usage: 52%

    Texture Quality: Medium
    Render Quality: High
    View Distance: 32

Same settings as above, but @1680x1050 (daughter's monitor)

    Average FPS: 45.84
    Duration: 37.13 sec
    CPU Usage: 83%
    System memory usage: 52%
    Video memory usage: 98%

    Graphics Settings
    Video Mode: 1680 x 1050 (60 Hz)
    Texture Quality: Medium
Render Quality: Highest (slightly higher... oops)
    View Distance: 32
