He is probably using a -availablevidmem command, check my benchmark result above, only 64%, but since im using a 1.6 multiplier, its in fact 100%.
That is as high as I can go and still be under the Resource Usage at 999/1007. A setting of 33 is 1007/1007 for me. No room for error/extra. Auto Config recommended 24 or 26, forget which. 44 is as high as it allows me to go (without the commandline.txt tweaks) and to be honest I couldn't really tell the difference ingame other than a drop in fps.
A nice improvement with my new 24" monitor and new GTX260/216. (was 37" tv & 8800GT). Everything is maxed except view which puts me in the red past 30. FRAPS says I average around 40 in-game. The only setting I have changed is the detail distance is set to 50 when I play.
