Yea the 24 hours ones really really need a save and quit feature, stupid as all hell that they did not add one lest for those races, i would like to see it as an added pit in option at lest.

And yea i was thinking maybe the minolta or the mclaren f1, or one of my ferraris for the 4 hr ring race, dunno until i see what cars are all in it, one good thing about the ring imo at lest is an average lap takes about 6-7 minutes depending on the car and it is not like that last 4 hr one i did that each lap took 1 min so your were just seeing the same thing over and over and over and lapping cars constantly, plus the ring has a few more nice straights to rest that brake foot, why i loathe the dfgt pedals have to hold your foot over the break pedal cause any pressure and the brakes engague.

do the dreamcar c'ships, it has the best payout (in credits and xp) from my calculations.

moreover, if you've placed 1st in 4 out of the 5 races.. you can enter-then-quit the 5th race and you'd still win the championship.

Looks like you need to grind the Nurburgring 4 hour enduro 2-3 times to get from level 32 to 33 :(

If you can use the x1 for the indy 500 would that not be faster?

Im not sure if you can do that yet, i forgot to check. Im in the middle of the Formula Gran Turismo championship atm. Im pretty sure each successive Endurance event gives double the XP of the previous event. Its close to that. The highest level one you can do gives far far more XP than the lower level ones :(.

yeah I got that too...sold it immediately for a pretty penny.

Honestly I hate leveling up...I had to get to 21 to get my nascars and it would be nice to drive some faster cars and do some time trials without having to do all the stupid mumbo jumbo...I just want to pick any car and any track and go without the limitations. Some folks have fun redoing levels\license\events 100x to get golds where it just makes me curse..my wife sometimes asks me who im talking to\yelling at when im downstairs (which is usually the stupid AI spinning me out or slamming their brakes without reason).

Im not sure what I did to win it but I won it, it let me sell if for close to 100k I believe. Some cars you can sell, some you cant...not really sure on the rules.

getting to lv24 with B-Spec isn't that long. and afaik, at level24 you can use every car in the game. the only one i know of that requires a level above 24 is the X1, w/c is at lvl40 btw.

i'm doing the X1 challenge atm. and with around 5hrs in it, i've only 'bronzed' monza, while i'm 6 seconds off in suzuka, and 4 seconds off in nurburgring. the car has tons of grip making it very easy to drive. with TC @3 you can slam the throttle anywhere on the track and it won't spin. mind you, it has 1500hp, my R10 and McLaren F1 has half that but is super finicky with the throttle.

the hard part about the challenge is being accurate with your steering while driving at the limits of the cars. corners come so fast that you barely have enough time correcting your driving line in the straightaways in-between. the Schumacher S in nurgburgring is a relatively easy left-right corner, but in the challenge, it's harder to get the ideal driving line. so for faster lap times, you have to be very accurate with your driving to minimize correcting errors. it's what this challenge is about, accuracy and consistency with your driving.

it's lvl30 A or B-Spec. and bronze will still give an X1, or get to lv35 B-Spec. i myself is just @ lv17 A-Spec, which then became 23 (yes, +6 levels from a bronze lol) after i bronzed the monza event.

You get an X1 for bronze silver and gold for the level 30 event. And you get an free X1 for b-spec reaching level 35. SO all in all you can get 4 X1s in game.

I'm only lv28 or so and I cant be arsed playing anymore, the grinding is too boring. Will wait till they finally patch some a spec damage or something or improve the multiplayer.

The AI is just no fun to play against, I always win unless I start falling asleep and make stupid mistakes. The only challenging stuff are the licences, but there seem no point in doing them? seems in this GT there is no need to do them at all to enter races?

Buy the Formula Gran Turismo and enter the FGT championship... Its much harder than golding licenses/unlocking the RB X1 lol.
